Something Beginning with T


Hi everyone, welcome to my blog.
Today is the start of a new challenge, chosen by Amy at
Cardz 4 Guyz.
We would like to see Something Beginning with the Letter T
Please check out the details and wonderful inspiration from the DT.
I was inspired by a card on Pinterest and I chose Trees.
An A6 Navy card, with a silver foil mat.
A white card, blended with DI Chipped Sapphire, the moon created
with a punched circle moon, removed after completing the blending.
Several trees stamped with Chipped Sapphire in first, second and third
generations creating the appearance of depth.
Clear EP heated to create a shiny finish, which looks like frost.
Stamp is a pine tree from a Scenescape Set
Sentiment stamp by Crafter's Companions.

T is for Trees


Hello welcome to my blog, today begins a new two weekly 
challenge over at Alphabet Challenges. 
We have now reached the letter T, it being my time to choose I
chose TREES
They can be any tree or trees, for any of the seasons.

I have made a cream 6 x 4 inch card.
Papers are from a Dreamees CD - Simply Christmas
I first made templates for the 3 trees then used the designer papers.

Show a Snowman


Hello everyone, thanks for your visit, today is the start of a 
two week challenge at Cardz 4 Galz it was my turn to choose 
the challenge. I know , not another snowman, but yes, I love them.
Show A Snowman (or Snow lady)
I had to choose this because I bought this gorgeous stamp for this
Christmas, so it needs to be inked and to  get a few cards made.

to the wonderful Design Team.
I used Dreamees backing papers from their Simply Christmas CD.
The stamo is by Sweet Dixie - Cute Snowman.
I coloured it with Promarkers, because it is for a Galz blog, 
I choose more feminine colours, soft pink, blue and taupe
for the gorgeous colourful patchwork coat. 
Glitter and card candi to finish.

Snowman


Hello, welcome to myblog.
Today sees a new weekly challenge over at Cardz 4 Guyz
Jane has chosen for the challenge
SNOWMAN
I am so happy about the challenge, cards with happy snowmen
and even all snowpeople have become my favourite 
Christmas card style for 2016.
The Design Team have also enjoyed the challenge, please pop

My card is a white scallop edge card. Matted with a blue piece of
paper. The design papers are again from Dreamees CD
Simply Christmas, actually left overs from a previous card I made.
The image of happy snowmen is by Little Claire - there are 3 images in the set.
The one on my card is Three Cheers for Christmas 
Coloured with Promarkers and DI Broken China.
Twine and white card candi. Peel off dots for buttons. 
Have fun, I loved every minute making this card.

CAS Christmas at MMM


Hello, today is the beginning of a two week challenge at
Before Fliss left the DT, ( we miss you ) she chose 
CAS (Clean and Simple) CHRISTMAS
The Design Team have again produced some wonderful 
inspirational cards for you, please pop over to take a peek. 
I used a white scallop edge card, matted with silver mirri card,
then a mat of a gorgeous shade of blue.
The white stamping card has had Glamour Dust glued on all four sides,
which sadly,  it doesn't show clearly on the photo, you can see better if you
click on the photo to enlarge it. 
I have long admired the polar bear stamp from Little Claire, which I purchased
recently. I'm not sure what it is called but isn't it just adorable?
I used Promarkers for the colouring. 
The sentiment is also from Little Claire on the Snow people set of stamps.

Vintage Christmas


Hello, thanks for popping by. Today starts a new two week
challenge at Fantasy Stampers.
We do ask for you to actually Stamp with either rubber or acrylic.
Digi stamps will not be judged.
Our challenge is Vintage Christmas

I matted a piece of red card onto a white scallop edge card. 
I cut a piece of white stamping  card for the stamped image.
I used a Dimension Fourth Vintage Christmas Garland.
The above stamp also has in the set,  the sentiment I used.
I coloured the image with Promarkers and glitter pens. 
Sadly the shiny parats don't show on the photo.

NO LAYERS
The Design Team have some super inspiration, so please

I recently bought this amazing stamp (half price) at a
craft event. There is no name on the package so I call him
A Vintage Santa by Stampendous Stamps. 
I used Promarkers to colour him. The star is coloured with a 
gold glitter gel pen. 
The addition of the holly and berries is a stamp from 
Katy Sue Designs - Tall Tails.

Reindeer


Hi everyone, welcome to my blog. 
Today a new challenge starts over at 
Julie has chosen a wonderful challenge for us all - 
Reindeer
We are so looking forward to all the exciting versions
which will inspire us all.
The papers and main image are all from a CD from 
Creative Crafting World artwork by Pollyanna Pickering.
To enhance the papers I have added silver mirri card  on white card.
A few silver star embellishments. Lots of Glamour Dust Crystal Glitter.

Get Well Wishes


Hi everyone, the challenge for the next two weeks at
Make My Monday couldn't be more appropriate to me.
Amy is asking for Get Well messages.
I am very poorly with a chest infection at present so, I hope
you will understand and forgive that I have re-cycled a card I
 made in November 2015. It will be new to many visitors.
Here is how I made the card. 
White cardstock to make a C6 card 
Black and yellow cardstock for contrast of mats
White cardstock for the stamped image

Rememberance/Sympathy


Hi, I am poorly this week, I regret I have been unable to
make a fresh card for our new challenge at Cardz 4 Guyz
However, Cyndi has chosen one special for me and I know many others.
It being the time of the year, we wear our poppies with pride, the
time of the year we remember, we think of others.
